TSU's QEP is a multi-year initiative designed to enhance University business processes, student learning and success. Titled "14 Plays in 45 Days: Addressing the Whole Student from Application to Graduation," this plan aims to provide comprehensive support in 14 critical areas, ensuring students thrive from the moment they apply to TSU until they graduate and enter the workforce. The 45 days is derived from strategically deploying student support, specifically within the first 45 days (mid-term) of their enrollment. Providing a meaningful and supporting foundation for students will position them for academic, social, and personal success.

The QEP stems from TSU's continuous planning and evaluation processes. This initiative demonstrates a commitment to improving overall institutional quality and effectiveness.
